Can I change IP address?

The dedicated IP address can be replaced with another one in the 3-day period from the moment of receiving this address.

Reason:

- IP Address does not work;

- The client determines that the IP address is in the Blacklists, which make it difficult to send letters, except for cases of a mass mailing;

The address will not be replaced if the above reasons have arisen as a consequence of the client actions, situation when the IP address is blocked by a specific Internet provider or a group of the regional Internet providers.
