The base template is displayed instead of my finished site

In this case, there may be two options:

1. You accidentally clicked the Reset or Change Template button. Check if you have manual or automatic backup enabled. Hover your mouse over the publish icon and you'll see a "Backup/Restore" item;

2. You closed the site builder without clicking "Save Draft" after creating the site/making changes.

Always check if you have saved your website before closing your browser tab. We also recommend that you make regular backups of your site.
